You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back with all packaging included. We never charge restocking fees.

To start a return, contact us at info@merper.com with your order number and our team will guide you through the next steps. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend sending returns with a trackable shipping method.

If you would like to request an exchange, simply mention this when contacting us and we will assist you in finding a new size, style, or colour.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the final posting of funds.
