Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is included on every order. No minimums or hidden conditions — we believe delivery should be simple, smooth, and worry-free.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it in real time.

Do you ship internationally?
For now, we only ship within Ireland. This helps us ensure the best possible experience for our local customers. If we expand to other regions in the future, our community will be the first to know.

What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Simply email us at info@merper.com and we’ll guide you through the process.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and accepted, refunds are usually issued within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer for the amount to appear on your statement.

Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, we do. If you’d like to exchange an item, contact us at info@merper.com and we’ll help you find the right replacement.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Check the tracking link in your shipping email first. If it’s been more than 7 business days and your parcel still hasn’t arrived, email us at info@merper.com and we’ll investigate immediately.

Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist.
